MEMBERSHIP FREEZE POLICY

Qualification and Notice Requirements: fitclub will only freeze your membership if you are in good standing, you have all initiation fees paid, you provide at least ten days’ notice for a freeze request to allow fitclub to process your request, and you qualify for one of the three categories below:

Medical Disability: You must provide Fitclub with verification from your physician stating your medical disability. The maximum term for a medical freeze is three months

Maternity or mom to be : You must provide Fitclub with a copy of your medical statement from your treating doctor to freeze the membership.

Extended Freeze: As a courtesy to our members, Fitclub may approve or deny your request for an extended freeze for reasons other than those listed above. The maximum length of an extended freeze is 30 days and 3 times (only on Annual membership) . If Fitclub does not receive notification to reactivate or further extend your freeze within 2 months, your membership agreement will be terminated.

Freeze Request Decisions: If your request does not conform to this Membership Freeze Policy, you will be notified that your request has been denied and your membership shall remain active unless cancelled.

TRANSFER POLICY

Fitclub transfer policy will be applicable on Annual membership at 6% + gst charges applicable (if you usage extended by 6 months then No transfer will be done ) -Referred months will not be transferred except 12 months

CANCEL POLICY

At Fitclub, we strive to provide our members with premium fitness services and facilities. We understand that circumstances can change, leading you to modify your membership status. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the cancellation of your gym membership.

Cancellation Process

  • circle Notification: To initiate a cancellation, members must submit a written notice to Fitclub at least 30 days before the intended cancellation date. This can be done through Fitclub email : enquiry@fitclub.in
  • circle Form Completion: Members are required to complete a Cancellation Form, available at the gym’s front desk.
  • circle Final Payment: Any outstanding dues must be settled before the cancellation can be processed. If your cancellation request is within the 30-day notice period, one final payment may be charged.

Policy Changes

Fitclub reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy. All members will be notified of any changes 30 days prior to their implementation.
